Environmental
Policy
Custom & Co. is committed to minimising its impact on the environment and invest time and energy into ensuring that our suppliers and anyone with whom we work in partnership, uphold the same environmental standards.
Operations
All of our jewellery is made in our own in-store workshops so that we and our customers can be safe in the knowledge that our jewellery is made here in the UK, with the highest ethical credentials.
Materials
We work closely with our material suppliers to ensure our ethics start at source and that the materials we use are from a responsible source.
Custom & Co Jewellery Ltd source diamonds only from respectable dealers that adhere strictly to the Kimberley Process, guaranteeing they are conflict-free. Every effort is made to ensure that diamonds are not sourced from countries that use the money to fund conflicts or illegal activity.
We are proud to be a Fairtrade registered Goldsmith, meaning we can offer customers the opportunity to use Fairtrade Certified metal in the making of their purchase. This benefits mining communities around the world and gives the confidence that you are buying from miners adhering to strict requirements on working conditions, health and safety, chemical handling, women’s rights, child labour and protection of the environment.
