Shop Open - by appointment only from 15th June
Whilst our store is still currently closed, we are making plans to re-open from 15th June.
We have been working hard to make sure that we can do this in a manner that puts the safety of our customers and colleagues at the forefront and in line with government guidelines.
Until further notice we will operate by appointment only for any services which require customers to visit the store.

In-store Safety
We want you to be assured that we are taking measures in line with Government guidelines and beyond for those of you who visit the store.
We will allow just one customer in the store at one time and our jewellers will maintain social distancing from you at all times.
We have perspex screens at our serving point and all of the incoming and outgoing jewellery will be bathed in an alcohol solution so that they are safe to be handled by you and our jewellers. We want to assure you that this solution causes no damage to the precious items we handle.
Virtual Appointments
We are delighted to have been able to continue meeting with new and repeat customers virtually during this time via Zoom to take new orders for upcoming celebrations and it has worked really well. We have particularly enjoyed seeing you in your own relaxed environment, whether that has been in your garden with a drink in your hand or relaxed on the sofa whist the children are sleeping, giving us your full attention.
We will continue to hold any appointments for new orders in this way wherever possible, and are working on arrangements to make this a more permanent option for those who enjoy the convenience.

Existing Orders:
If you have been waiting patiently for your existing order to be complete, we appreciate your understanding and thank you for this.
We are pleased to say that we will be back up and running with full capacity to be able to fulfill orders from 15th June and will be in contact in regards to any new arrangements/timescales in relation to this.
Payment & Collections
Where possible we would like to receive payment via a bank transfer whilst we restrict our customer visits, and secure, insured postage services will be used to deliver your finished items. However, we understand this might not always be possible or preferential and these cases we would ask that you contact us to make arrangements to visit us in-store.
